Who agrees with this. Could this be an answer?

With years of experience behind us in family problems we have come to the conclusion that the main obstacles to family unity are our own governments.  The governments claim that families and grandparents are important in a child’s life but in times of problems the government belies that statement and acts in an opposite manner..

The government fund groups that are actively engaged in keeping families apart by counselling resident parents on how to keep grandparents and non resident parents out of a child’s life and because of these counselling resident parents are learning how to flout court orders.   I do not state this with malice but to try and find a way for them to do their very worthwhile job and still protect the innocent, namely the children and grandparents from being victimised through no fault of their own. Unless there is a resolve to this all efforts at family unity is wasted.

The government also excludes any family member if they are not in total agreement to what social services say should be done. Social services are famous for making huge mistakes regarding the care of children so why should they have the power to override the family who obviously love the children and care for them in a holistic manner.

The only explanation we can come up with is that the government do not want to resolve the family issue. Why? The government is full of lawyers and they have created the law society run by lawyers for the benefit of lawyers and they in turn advise the government on matters of law. So when the law society advises the government it must contain therein the best interests of lawyers as family problems are a huge earner for lawyers and they would be cutting their own throat if family law was resolved.  The answer?    Don’t vote in lawyers at elections. Vote for people like yourself who know how you live and what you need.

Family law can be resolved by everybody having a loving interest in a child being relevant and being willing to have a say in the future of a child if the parents are unable to care for them.  The government via social services have created a them and us situation and have turned social services into a bully boy service mostly feared by families rather than be respected. It is well recognised that the family group conference method is the most adhered to way of resolving disputes and should be recognised for it.
