The Guilt of Grandparents. No. The Fault of Government. Yes.

The way social services are working portrays grandparents are to blame for children being removed from their homes.  If a family goes wrong grandparents already think, “is it our fault have we done something wrong” and often blame themselves. Social services are playing mind games on this unfounded guilt in order to justify the snatching and adopting of children away from their birth family.

We all know that teenagers are difficult to handle and think they know best, even a child reared in the best of families can turn bad when they get into the wrong company, use drugs etc. the use of drugs is the worst because of the very fast addictive nature of them and once hooked there are plenty of addicts to manipulate a decent kid to stay on them for another source of supply, if that be the case, it is a very long road back.

These children would not get into trouble in the first place if the government sorted out the problems of alcohol and drugs but while huge profits are being made from them the government will only play lip service to the public with feeble attempts to fool you.

Who are these kids that are addicted and cause problems in society? Where do they come from? Most of the kids in this bracket come from the care system. Yes the government run child care system that is supposed to protect and rear children better educating them for a life in care which often turns them out to be non achievers and resentful to society that turn to gangs that are street wise and have no care for anyone but themselves.

East Ender’s character Billy Mitchell has been brought up in the care system care and is played as a no hoper and his partner with sticky fingers who was also brought up in the same place as Billy. The both of them are played as losers and never amount to anything. I know this is a soap opera but it is so typical of the children that leave the care system.

At the rate the government is working at removing children from families we will be overrun by gangs like we had in the thirties.  So our own government is keeping these gangs recruited by their treatment of children.

Don’t be fooled into thinking that grandparents are to blame.
It is the failure of governments in not treating children humanely that creates gangs that will overrun us all if the governments don’t change their policies on the treatment of children.
